SIMON (Server Integrated Monitoring) has been deployed on all our support clients servers remotely to provide real-time monitoring and alerting to issues within there networks.
Simon is on guard 24/7 and can be configured to monitor a multitude of systems not only those supported by AAG Systems.
Simon is provided completely free of charge as a benefit to Your Silver, Gold or Platinum maintenance package and allows AAG Systems to predict problems and also monitor your internet connections, websites and mail servers.
